Jeff qualified 4th in qualifying in which would earn him the pole for his heat. After winning the heat Jeff started 4th in the feature event. In the closing laps Jeff had to go pit side due to a flat left rear tire in which resulted in a 8th place finish.
  
  September 4th - Jeff Smith Racing rolled into Harris Motor Speedway located in Harris, NC. on Saturday September 4th for a Southern Allstar East Series event paying $4,000 to win. In the end Jeff brought home a 12th place finish.
  
  August 21st - Jeff Smith Racing competed at Dublin Motor Speedway located in Dublin, NC. on Saturday August 21st for a Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series event paying $4,000 to win. Jeff qualified 2nd and had his sights set on that number one spot. Once taking the lead Jeff took complete control and went on to take home the win.
  
  August 14th - Jeff Smith Racing rolled into Fayetteville Motor Speedway located in Fayetteville, NC. on Saturday August 14th for a Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series event paying $5,000 to win. In the end Jeff was able to bring home a 11th place finish due to a flat right rear tire in the closing laps.

Jeff ended up 15th in qualifying in which resulted in having run a heat. During the heat Jeff got involved in a incident and has to go pit side. After having to take a provisional and start 23rd; Jeff was able to come home with a solid 10th place finish.

Jeff started 21st in the feature event and made a hard charge toward the front. As the checkered flag fell Jeff was able to bring home a strong 7th place finish.
